Project Based Contract Administration:
OHFA received $2.1 in total payments for monitoring 12,864 rental units in 170 properties across the state.

Family Self-Sufficiency:
Fourteen individuals graduated from this program in 2014, receiving an average of $6,515 toward the achievement of their goals.

Fraud Fighters:

OHFA recouped $152,300 from 150 individuals who previously defrauded the Agency.

Thanks, Bob Mills Furniture!
Thanks to a generous gift from Bob Mills Furniture, OHFA collaborated with the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission and VA Medical Centers to deliver 177 brand new dinette sets to veterans, active duty military and reservists.

Affordable Housing Tax Credits
OHFA allocated $8.9 million in Affordable Housing Tax Credits which led to the construction or rehabilitation of 858 units in 16 developments. Through the Oklahoma Affordable Housing Act, OHFA was named administrator of the state housing tax credit. Allocations will begin in 2015.

HOME Program
With $8.4 million in HOME funds, 130 homes were built, rehabilitated or received down payment assistance.

HOPWA
The Housing Opportunities for People with AIDS Program received $229,682 to assist 276 individuals with housing related needs.

OHFA Advantage
OHFA closed 669 total loans in 2014. Of these:

Housing Choice Vouchers
An average of 10,035 families were assisted with rental assistance payments each month. Four families purchased homes utilizing the Housing Choice Voucher homeownership program.
