Affordable Housing Tax Credits
With $12.4 million in allocations this past year, developers created 1,583 total units of housing in 23 developments across the state. OHFA also issued $49.1 million in Multi-family bonds. The Chickasha Hotel Apartments opened in 2013 with the help of an Affordable Housing Tax Credits allocation.

Family Self-Sufficiency
Eight individuals graduated from this program in 2013. OHFA made $83,908 in escrow payments to these individuals. Roseanna Hamilton is a current FSS participant.

Fraud Fighters
OHFA recovered $193,625 from 197 cases involving fraud in 2013.

HOME Investment Partnerships Program
OHFA provided $6.45 million to build or rehabiliate 142 homes this past year.

Housing Choice Voucher Homeownership
In 2013, eight families purchased homes through this program. The average mortgage was $79,550.

Housing Choice Voucher Program
An average of  10,054 families received rental assistance each month from OHFA as part of this program. The average monthly rental payment was $414.30.

Housing Opportunities for People with AIDS
OHFA disbursed $397,776 throught this program, assisting 219 individuals.

Housing Trust Fund
OHFA allocated $720,000 to create three properties and a 300-bed building at a shelter.

OHFA  Advantage
Using OHFA Advantage, 1,158 Oklahomans purchased a home this past year with an average purchase price of $104,157

Project Based Contract Administration
OHFA received $67.9 million from the U.S. Department of HUD as part of the Project Based Contract Administration Program. OHFA provides payment services on 190 properties, totaling 12,864 assisted units.

Tornado Relief Grants
Following the May 2013 tornadoes, OHFA disbursed $490,899 to 382 families like Scott and Carrie Burkhart whose homes were destroyed or temporarily uninhabitable.
